Learning about light

The children in Class 4 have been learning about light. This week’s lesson was all about the ‘law of reflection’ (i.e. the angle of incidence always equals the angle of reflection) and what better way to demonstrate this than by making periscopes. The children from Class 4 wanted to share their periscopes with the younger members of the school; they tried very hard to explain (simply) how they worked but really Class 1 enjoyed having a go and looking around corners or above tables.
