Keeping safe, strong and free at Kenn School

The CAP (Child Assault Prevention) team were invited into school over 3 days to work with our children.

Through the use of drama, puppets and discussion the team helped to provide our children with the ability to recognise unsafe situations and the confidence to act to protect themselves. The CAP team of trained facilitators focused on children’s rights to be Safe, Strong and Free.

They also provided staff training prior to the workshops as well as a meeting for parents. 

The workshops were enjoyable and lighthearted whilst teaching children vital strategies to keep themselves safe.
