Devon has recently launched it’s online Children and Young People’s Services Directory. It contains a wealth of information about services for children and young people plus things to do and places to go. It will help schools fulfil their Extended Services agenda by helping you signpost families to services and activities.
They help parents with decisions such as Preparing for school, How to help your child, Understanding education and with reading suggestions. Popular sections include Phonics, English, maths and topics.

Brilliant, child friendly site, provided by Snaith Primary School. The site has masses of activities linked to curriculum topics for both key stage 1 & 2.
Britannica frequently produces mini websites to put the “spotlight” on a calendar event or a particular subject at specific times of the year. The sites are designed for use by teachers, librarians and parents of UK primary school children. Each spotlight is a stand-alone mini website where access is given to the relevant Primary Britannica article as well as a specially created “Activity Centre” to help children learn while having fun.
